Construction Employer Outreach and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a confident, persistent, and professional Virtual Assistant to contact construction companies and recruit contractors willing to hire graduates from our construction training program.

Our trainees receive hands on construction training and will be prepared for entry level construction employment after graduation. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for building relationships with construction employers and securing signed participation agreements from companies that have legitimate hiring needs.

Project Goal

The first phase of this project must be completed within 7 to 10 days.

During this period, the Virtual Assistant must secure signed participation agreements from 20 qualified construction contractors who are willing to interview and hire eligible program graduates at a minimum starting wage of $21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Research qualified construction companies and contractors

• Make outbound calls to business owners, hiring managers, and other decision makers

• Introduce our construction training and job placement program

• Explain the skills and preparation trainees receive

• Identify contractors with current or upcoming hiring needs

• Confirm that contractors are willing and able to pay at least $21 per hour

• Secure completed and signed contractor participation agreements

• Collect all required employer information and documentation

• Schedule follow up calls with interested contractors

• Maintain accurate records of every call, contact, response, and follow up date

• Provide regular progress reports throughout the project

• Follow up with contractors when graduates are ready for interviews and placement

• Help track graduate employment through the 90 day retention period

Contractor Requirements

To qualify toward the project goal, each contractor must:

• Operate a legitimate construction business

• Have a current or upcoming need for workers

• Agree to consider, interview, or hire qualified program graduates

• Agree to pay hired graduates a minimum starting wage of $21 per hour

• Complete and sign the required contractor participation agreement

• Provide accurate company and hiring information

Contractor contact information without a completed and verified participation agreement will not count toward the project goal.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English

• Confident and professional telephone presence

• Experience with outbound calling, recruiting, appointment setting, sales, or lead generation

• Comfortable speaking with construction company owners and hiring managers

• Strong organizational and follow up skills

• Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines

• Able to complete a high volume of calls within 7 to 10 days

• Comfortable working in a performance based position

• Experience in construction recruiting, workforce development, or employer outreach is preferred, but not required

Compensation

This is a performance based independent contract position with total earning potential of $2,500.

• $1,000 after 20 qualified construction contractors sign the required participation agreements within 7 to 10 days

• $1,000 after eligible program graduates are hired by participating contractors at a minimum starting wage of $21 per hour

• $500 completion bonus after the hired graduates successfully complete 90 days of employment and all required documentation has been submitted

All results must be verified before payment is issued. Incomplete agreements, invalid companies, duplicate contractors, or contact information without signed agreements will not qualify for payment.
