About the Role

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of sales, distribution, and guest experience.

You will be responsible for:

Handling all direct booking inquiries
Managing and developing relationships with travel agencies and tour operators
Ensuring pricing consistency and availability accuracy across all channels
Acting as a key commercial interface between Jupiter Residences and its partners

Your mission: Increase the share of direct and B2B bookings while maintaining a premium client experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Booking Management

Respond to all direct inquiries (WhatsApp, email , etc.) quickly and professionally
Provide high-end, tailored responses aligned with a luxury positioning
Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rate

  • Agency & Partners Relations

Build and maintain relationships with:

  • Travel agencies
  • Luxury tour operators
  • Concierge services
  • Actively reach out to new partners to expand distribution
  • Manage ongoing communication and ensure strong engagement
  • Pricing & Availability Management

Track real-time availability across calendars
Ensure pricing consistency across all distribution channels. If you read this, kindly include “Alpeon” in your applications subject.
Coordinate with internal teams (pricing / operations if needed)
Avoid double bookings and pricing discrepancies

  • Booking Coordination & Tracking
  • Maintain a clear and updated tracking of all bookings

Create reports :

  • Availability
  • Occupancy trends
  • Partner performance

Reservation Handover & Payment Coordination
Transmit all confirmed booking details to the Payment manager
Deposit (caution) management

Ensure:

  • Full payment is secured
  • All booking terms are respected
  • No revenue leakage on agency bookings
  • CRM & Organization

Maintain a clean and structured CRM of all partners

Track:

  • Contacts
  • Deals in progress
  • Conversion status
  • Partner performance

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory), excellent written communication
Experience in hospitality, short-term rental, or luxury services is a strong plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong follow-up discipline (no missed leads, no dropped conversations)
Comfortable with sales and outreach
Ability to handle multiple conversations and bookings simultaneously
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Experience with tools like:

Channel managers / calendars
CRM tools
WhatsApp / email communication
