Acquisition Manager - Expert Negotiator / Closer

We are a fast-growing US-based real estate acquisitions company that buys distressed and off-market properties from motivated sellers. This is a specialized, commission-heavy role for someone who can cold call, negotiate, close sellers, run comps, and set qualified appointments.
MUST HAVE RECENT REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE MAKING OFFERS AND CLOSING SELLERS.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time (EST)

40 hours per week

Includes one paid 30-minute lunch and two unpaid 15-minute breaks
Compensation

$7.00 – $9.00 per hour (based on experience)

Uncapped commissions on every closed deal (top performers earn significantly more)

Bi-weekly payouts via Wise or PayPal (whichever has the lowest fees at the time)
Key Responsibilities

Make 80–120+ outbound cold calls daily to motivated sellers
Handle objections, negotiate, and close sellers
Run property comps on Zillow and analyze values
Present data-backed purchase offers
Update leads in our proprietary CRM and set high-quality appointments

Requirements

Proven cold calling / sales experience (recent real estate acquisitions experience required)
Must be able to close and negotiate with sellers
Familiar with Zillow, running comps, and CRM systems (we use our own CRM)
Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence
High-quality microphone, high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and reliable headset
Self-motivated and available for the full 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST schedule
