Woods Hometown Realty is a growing Arizona real estate brokerage specializing in REO and residential real estate. We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team long term.

REQUIRED:

5+ years working in U.S. real estate

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate transactions, listings, documents and deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong research and problem solving skills

Confident and professional on the phone

Ability to work independently without constant direction

Stable work history with previous employers

Reliable computer, internet and professional work environment

Dual monitors strongly preferred

REO EXPERIENCE WILL PUT YOU AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST.

If you have hands on experience with REO properties, foreclosure, default servicing, BPOs, property preservation, asset management, REO portals, utilities, title issues, liens, listing tasks or similar work, we absolutely want to hear from you.

A significant part of this position will involve REO tasking. These files can have dozens of client requirements, deadlines and moving pieces. The work must be completed correctly and on time. Accuracy is extremely important.

You will also assist with property research, utilities, title and lien information, listing documents, database management, email monitoring, vendor follow up, scheduling and phone communication with clients, vendors, title companies, utility providers and city or county offices.

We are looking for a problem solver. When you encounter something you do not know, we want your instinct to be to research it, develop a possible answer and then ask if you are on the right track.

We will teach you our REO processes. We do not have time to teach U.S. real estate from the beginning.
