AI Video Editor (Full-Time)

We're a fast-moving performance marketing team producing high-converting ad creatives for TikTok and Meta. We're looking for a talented Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content, knows how to make people stop scrolling, and is fluent in AI-powered video generation.

This is a full-time remote position with real growth potential for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit and produce short-form video ads (15–60s) optimized for TikTok and Meta
• Generate AI-powered video content using tools like VEO3, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, or similar
• Recreate and adapt high-converting ad formats (UGC, skits, animations, testimonials)
• Work from detailed creative briefs and deliver on time, every time
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
• Stay ahead of trends in AI video generation and short-form ad formats

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for TikTok and/or Meta ads
• Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)
• Strong understanding of what makes a high-converting ad: hook, pacing, CTA, sound design
• Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Ability to work full-time with consistent daily availability
• Fast turnaround — you deliver quality work without dragging deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and brief compliance
• Proactive communicator — you flag issues early, ask the right questions, don't disappear
• Fast learner — you adapt quickly to new tools, formats, and feedback

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with UGC-style creatives and AI avatar/character video
• Familiarity with direct-response copywriting and ad psychology
• Knowledge of what's currently performing on TikTok Shop, Meta Feed, and Reels
• Experience working with performance marketers or media buyers
