If you know how to hook an audience in the first two seconds, maintain killer pacing, and turn raw footage into high-converting ad creatives and viral short-form content, we want you on our team.

This is a long-term position for a reliable editor who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on deadline.

What You’ll Do

Edit Short-Form Content: Produce punchy, engaging videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads.

Master Retention: Craft strong hooks, seamless transitions, dynamic pacing, and pattern interrupts to maximize watch time.

Add Visual Flair: Incorporate engaging kinetic captions, sound design, graphic overlays, and light motion elements.

Optimize for Platforms: Adapt framing, aspect ratios, and export settings tailored to specific social media platforms and ad formats.

Stay Organized & On Time: Manage raw footage, keep project files structured, and meet project deadlines consistently.

Collaborate: Partner with our creative team to analyze video performance and continuously iterate on winning concepts.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record: Solid portfolio showcasing short-form social media edits and dynamic content.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Pacing & Hook Expertise: Deep understanding of modern visual storytelling, retention tactics, and social media trends.

Technical Essentials: Reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of handling large video file transfers seamlessly.

Communication: Clear, professional English communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

Direct experience editing paid performance ads or agency client work.

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for custom motion graphics.

A track record of creating viral TikToks, Reels, or Shorts.
