We manage vacation rental properties for owners and list them on Airbnb, ---------- , Vrbo, Expedia and 50+ other booking websites — all from one system. We're growing fast (from 150 properties to a goal of 100,000 in the next couple years) and need someone to help us list properties and handle bookings.

This job is 100% computer-based. You will NOT deal with maintenance, cleaning, or visiting properties — just listings and reservations.

What you'll do:

Create property listings (write descriptions, add photos) and post them on Airbnb, ---------- , and 50+ other sites
Make listings sound good so they actually get booked
Handle guest bookings and messages
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to work faster if you know how — big plus

2: You must have:

Real revenue management experience in hotels, STR, or rental portfolios
Hands-on use of RM/pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, IDeaS, Duetto, or similar)
Track record of setting dynamic pricing across multiple listings/properties, not just one
Comfort with comp-set analysis, demand forecasting, occupancy/ADR/RevPAR optimization

The job:

Own pricing strategy across our full portfolio
Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, events, comp set
Monitor performance and course-correct fast
Scale your systems as we go from 200 to thousands of units

What we're looking for:

Someone who has actually posted listings and managed revenue pricing, adjusting revenue prices on Airbnb or ---------- before and gotten good results
Fast worker, doesn't need to be micromanaged
Good with words — can write a listing that sells
Honest and reliable — we have team members who've stayed with us 10+ years
Bonus: experience using AI for work
