What the job is

We run e-commerce brands and we advertise on Facebook every single day. We have editors producing AI video ads and AI static image ads. Your job is to manage them, control the quality of what they produce, and get the approved ads live on Facebook Ads daily.

Your daily work:

Manage the AI video editors and the AI static designers. Assign the work, follow it, chase what is late.
Quality check every creative against our checklist before it goes anywhere.
When a creative fails the check, send back clear, specific revision notes. Not "make it better" — exactly what is wrong and what to change.
Re-check the revised version.
Upload and launch the approved creatives in Facebook Ads Manager, following our naming and setup rules.
Do this every day, five days a week. New ads go live daily, no exceptions.

The work itself is not complicated. What matters is that it happens every day, on time, with nothing missed.

What we need from you

Written English good enough to give clear instructions to editors.
Extremely reliable. If you are late or you skip days, this role is not for you.
Detail-oriented — you notice when something is off in a creative before it goes live.
Comfortable managing people and holding them to a deadline.
Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager is a plus, but we will train you on our exact process.
You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily work.
