As part of our editor team, you'll be responsible for producing as many high-quality ad creatives per day from detailed briefs provided by our creative strategists.
Briefs, assets, and feedback will be given. No script
writing required - you focus purely on editing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Edit direct-response video ads per day from detailed briefs
Upload and organize final files in shared Google Drive folders
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate
Maintain quality standards at speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Strong portfolio showing ad creative / short-form video editing
Fast turnaround - comfortable producing high quality edits per day
Reliable communication and responsiveness to feedback
Ability to take a structured brief and execute with minimal hand-holding

COMPENSATION:

Full-time salary: $2,000-$4,000/month depending on skill and speed
Performance bonuses tied to winning ad performance
Long-term growth potential into Creative Strategist roles
