AI Video Specialist (Full Time, Remote) – High-Volume AI Ad Generation for Fast-Growing E-Commerce

We’re looking for an AI Video Specialist who lives and breathes AI video generation. You’ll be responsible for producing high volumes of scroll-stopping AI ads every week using tools like Kling, Seedance, Omni, Higgsfield, Kie, and other leading AI video platforms.
You’ll receive detailed briefs and assets from our creative strategists. Your job is pure execution — generate, refine, and deliver AI UGC, AI VSLs, B-rolls, AI animations, and trending AI formats at speed.
Responsibilities

Generate high-quality AI video ads daily from structured briefs
Create AI UGC, AI VSLs, B-rolls, product animations, and trending AI formats
Write strong prompts and iterate quickly using tools like Kling, Seedance, Omni, Higgsfield, Kie, and others
Use Claude / Codex (or similar) to speed up prompting, scripting, and workflow
Upload and organize final files in shared Google Drive folders
Incorporate feedback fast and maintain quality at high volume

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio of AI-generated video work (AI UGC, ads, animations, VSLs preferred)
Expert-level prompting skills and deep familiarity with current AI video tools
Comfortable producing multiple high-quality AI videos per day
Reliable communication and fast iteration on feedback
Ability to take a clear brief and execute with minimal hand-holding

Compensation

Full-time salary: $2,000–$4,000/month depending on skill and output speed
Performance bonuses tied to winning ad performance
Long-term growth potential into Creative Strategist or AI Creative Lead roles
