English Speaking Coach & Daily Conversation Assistant

I am looking for a highly fluent English speaker to help me improve my spoken English through regular 1-on-1 voice/video conversations.
This is NOT a general Virtual Assistant position. Your main responsibility will be to speak English with me and actively help me improve.
Requirements
C1/C2 English preferred
Excellent spoken English
Clear and easy-to-understand pronunciation
Strong grammar and vocabulary
Comfortable with regular voice/video calls
Able to correct my grammar and pronunciation immediately
Able to explain my mistakes simply
Patient and good at keeping conversations going
Able to teach me new words and natural English expressions
Comfortable discussing business, marketing, sales, travel and everyday topics
Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
Reliable internet and a good microphone
Must be available at times compatible with Kosovo time
Your Responsibilities
During our conversations, you will:
Speak with me regularly in English
Correct my pronunciation
Correct grammar mistakes
Teach me natural ways to express myself
Introduce new vocabulary
Identify mistakes I repeatedly make
Ask questions and lead conversations
Help me become confident speaking English in real situations
