Affiliate Content Strategist (Mentor Track | Remote | Work From Home)

We're growing our affiliate marketing program and we need people who already speak the language. People who can look at a post, a number, or an offer and immediately know what to do with it. More importantly, people who can bring others up to that same level.

What the opportunity looks like:

You come in through our affiliate bootcamp as a full participant. Same experience as everyone else, no shortcuts. We want to see how you think, how you communicate, and how you handle the process when no one is watching. Graduate and you earn a paid spot on our internal team as a mentor with your own bootcamp group to lead.

You're the right fit if:

You have published content with real analytics you're proud to show
You understand how affiliate offers, conversions, and organic content work together
You write in clear and simple English that anyone can follow
You're the type who reads the brief, figures it out, and gets it done
You respect systems. You log your work, use the tools provided, and follow SOPs without being chased

What leading a bootcamp group looks like:

You oversee your own group of participants each cycle
You answer their questions, keep them on track, and flag issues to leadership
You stay active in team platforms and show up to check ins especially early on
Your group's graduation rate is reviewed every cycle and it reflects directly on you

This role is not for you if:

Your writing takes effort for others to understand
You rely on being micromanaged to stay on task
You have any interest in working with platforms that compete with us
You skip materials, avoid team tools, or treat SOPs as optional

TikTok Business Center and accounts as needed
Proxy and VPN access covered
Sample posts so you know exactly the standard we operate at

Pay:

Bootcamp phase starts at $100. Once you graduate= TBD
