About Ace Respiratory

---------- is a U.S.-based respiratory therapy education company. We provide educational products, exam-preparation resources, question banks, online learning, and student support.

We are currently building an automation system connecting Zoho, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Stripe, FlexiQuiz, social media, and our customer systems.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated entry-level automation/integration builder who understands technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to become skilled in Zoho and AI automation.
Your Main Responsibilities
Build and modify workflows in Zoho Flow
Work with APIs, webhooks, triggers, and actions
Integrations ChatGPT/OpenAI with Zoho, canva & stripe
Test automations & Troubleshoot failed workflows
Create simple diagrams showing how automations work
Use ChatGPT to assist with coding, troubleshooting, API documentation, and workflow development

Required Skills
You should have at least some experience with one or more of the following:

Zoho Flow
Zoho CRM
Zoho Creator
APIs
Webhooks
ChatGPT/OpenAI
Basic programming or scripting

Experience with every system is NOT required.

An automation is NOT complete simply because the flow was created.
It must:

1. Work correctly.
2. Be tested.
3. Handle common errors.

5. Be documented.
6. Include a simple workflow diagram.
7. Include instructions explaining how we can check whether it is working.

Paid Test Project
Qualified applicants may be given a small paid automation test project before being selected for ongoing work.
