We’re looking for a high-performing Accountant who wants more than routine bookkeeping. Someone ready to take ownership, contribute to financial strategy, and grow into a long-term, high-impact role.

The Opportunity
This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. As a Remote Accountant, you will work directly with US clients, handling full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for US-based clients
Perform accrual-based accounting and revenue recognition
Oversee invoice, payment, and deposit matching
Process and record payroll accurately
Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Own month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and balance sheets
Support FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, basic financial analysis)
Communicate insights and financial reports to clients
Collaborate with internal teams via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email
Manage workflows and deadlines using Keeper

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (US clients preferred)
2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
Experience in payroll and/or FP&A
Experience in client-facing roles and financial presentation
Close attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based tools
Reliable work-from-home setup (laptop, webcam, headset)
Willing to work night shift (PH time, aligned with US clients)
