Workforce Success Manager
What We Offer:
Position: Full-time
Work Setup: Permanent remote – work from anywhere in the world!
Shift: 7AM - 4PM (MNL time) – Start your day with energy!

Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000 depending on experience + Bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their consultant engagement.
- Build strong, professional relationships and develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, expectations, priorities, and workforce needs.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, account reviews, and feedback discussions to maintain strong engagement and client satisfaction.
- Monitor overall account health, proactively address concerns, and identify potential risks that may impact the client relationship or consultant placement.
- Ensure clients receive consistent communication and visibility regarding consultant performance, attendance, engagement, and key updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen partnerships, and support long-term client retention.
2. Client Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare regular client and internal reports covering consultant performance, attendance, productivity, feedback, account health, and key actions.
- Maintain accurate records of client feedback, performance discussions, agreed actions, and follow-ups.
- Track performance and engagement trends to identify concerns, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure actions arising from client meetings, performance reviews, or feedback are documented, followed up, and completed.
- Provide leadership with clear updates on client satisfaction, consultant performance, retention risks, and other significant account matters.
3. Consultant Performance & Engagement
- Conduct regular consultant check-ins to monitor performance, productivity, engagement, and alignment with client expectations.
- Communicate client feedback clearly and constructively and support consultants in addressing areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor performance action plans and follow up on agreed commitments and outcomes.
- Identify early warning signs relating to attendance, communication, performance, engagement, or client satisfaction.
- Support consultants throughout onboarding, client integration, performance reviews, and their ongoing engagement.
4. Collaboration & Operational Support
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations to support smooth placements, onboarding, transitions, and replacements.
- Share relevant client feedback with Recruitment to support stronger candidate matching and future placements.
- Coordinate internally on consultant leave, attendance, performance concerns, client requests, and engagement matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and consultant information across internal systems and reports.
- Support continuous improvement of client success, reporting, performance management, and retention processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, Operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships or business accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence communicating with Australian clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, maintaining client records, and presenting updates to stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, consultants, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and sensitive performance matters professionally.
- Comfortable analysing information, identifying trends, and translating feedback into clear action items.
- Experience within staffing, outsourcing, remote workforce management, or consulting environments will be highly regarded.
