About the Role

???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? (???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????)

I'm not looking for "a video editor." There are thousands of those and I can find them in ten minutes. I'm looking for one person who is going to own the output of this channel with me and treat every video like their name is on it.

I run a content operation built on an AI avatar. The script is written, and have a great system for generating the content. Everything that makes it a video people actually watch to the end is your job.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take a bare 45–75 second vertical cut and turn it into a finished, polished short-form video
  • Captions
  • Sourcing B-roll shots and images
  • Turning a Raw Video into a HIGHLY engaging put together video

DO NOT APPLY IF:
You're an agency, a "team," or you plan to outsource this
Your portfolio is films, corporate promos, or long-form YouTube with no short-form in it
You've never posted a short-form video and have no expierence
Dishonest about working with other clients (In your application, tell me if you are working with other clients at the moment and if so, the hours).

To submit your application, answer the 4 questions.

If you SKIP one, or do not answer them in your application, IT WILL BE DISCARDED.

1. How long have you been editing? Are you employed to someone else and will manage both? If you're not employed, when was the last time you were, and cause why you departed.

2. Tell me about a video you edited that massively outperformed your others. Show it to me with a link. Tell me why you think it outperformed the others. Then show me 2 more reels which are any reel that you are the most proud of.

3. What are you looking for if you are hired? Are you looking for something long term or short term? What is your working time schedule, and how many days a week can you commit to working?

4. Watch this video: ---------- and tell me the exact second viewers drop off, why they leave there, and what you'd do instead.

5. Optional. What other skills do you have beyond video editing? Be specific as it could come to your hiring benefit.
6. Optional. What is your expertise on Nike and the sneaker industry?
