Squarespace Pro / Developer

Hi! I’m Sylvie, a designer and creative partner, and I’m looking for a Squarespace pro to collaborate with me on client website projects.

I’ll be handling the design and creative direction in Figma, and I need someone who can take those designs and bring them to life in Squarespace — as closely to the original design as possible.

I’m looking for someone who knows Squarespace inside and out and can go well beyond its basic functionality. Basically, I want to be able to come to you with a design or an idea and say “Can we make this happen?” and have you know how to figure it out.

What I’m looking for:

• Expert-level experience with Squarespace
• Comfortable building websites directly from Figma designs
• Strong knowledge of custom CSS and code to push Squarespace beyond its standard functionality
• A really strong eye for design and the little details — typography, spacing, sizing, alignment, interactions, etc.
• Great understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Able to troubleshoot and find creative solutions when Squarespace doesn’t do something out of the box
• Great communication and comfortable asking questions when needed
• Reliable and easy to work with

I’m a designer, so the visual details really matter to me. I’m not looking for someone to redesign my work, but rather someone who understands design well enough to translate it beautifully and accurately into Squarespace.

This would be freelance/project-based work to start, with the potential for an ongoing relationship. I’d really love to find a go-to Squarespace person I can bring into projects regularly.
