We're looking for a talented Wix Website Growth Specialist to become our long-term website partner on a project-by-project basis.

Compensation:
Starting at $300–500 USD per project
Performance bonuses for exceptional work
Consistent recurring projects for the right person

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our Creative Director to build custom Wix websites from the strategy and content we provide.

Projects will typically consist of 3–5 page websites with an expected turnaround of approximately 30 days.

Your responsibilities will include:

Website Planning
Research client competitors
Help develop website sitemaps
Recommend page structure
Identify missing pages or content opportunities
Suggest FAQs for AI-powered search
Recommend calls-to-action that improve conversions
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and lead generation
Design & User Experience
Create wireframes
Design professional, modern Wix websites
Ensure excellent mobile responsiveness
Implement client branding consistently
Follow creative direction while contributing thoughtful recommendations
SEO & AI Search Optimization
Keyword research
Local SEO optimization
Internal linking strategy
Schema markup
AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO)
Optimize for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences
Follow current SEO best practices

Our Hiring Process

We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term creative partner—not just complete one project.

Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid design test.

You'll receive the branding, copy, and assets for a fictional plumbing company and be asked to build a 3-page Wix website within 48 hours.

We'll evaluate:
