Insurance Producer Assistant

We are a US based personal lines and commercial insurance boutique brokerage. We need to hire someone as a full-time employee who has the following qualifications:

+ Being able to write, understand, and speak English fluently & clearly, especially when servicing clients and insurance's underwriters
+ Needs to be very comfortable speaking with clients that lead to sales in a daily basis. I need a person who has sales background.
+ Needs to be comfortable working UNDER PRESSURE in a FAST-PACED environment where tasks, decisions, and changes occur rapidly, requiring to proactively managed a heavy workload while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Has a deadline-driven mentality
+ Needs to be proactive and self starter/motivated on tasks that are assigned and have a problem solver mentality and not having "taking order" mentality from clients.
+ Preferably has work experience from insurance company previously and understand the general scope of personal lines/commercial insurance.
+ Have a backup power generator ready to go in case of blackout
+ Have high speed internet speed and backup internet as well for both download and upload speed to handle incoming/outgoing calls smoothly. Above 100 Mbps UPLOAD speed for clear communications for VOIP.
+ Proficient in basic computers functionalities such as email , excel, words, etc.

Optional:

• We use RingCentral as the main communication for internal as well as making outbound calls to clients
• We use HawkSoft for CMS & Agency zoom for marketing
• Gmail for all email correspondents.
