Attorney / Legal Debt Collection Specialist

I'm looking for someone with a legal background and real debt collection experience who is confident making outbound calls and handling difficult conversations.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls
Follow up on overdue and large-balance accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements or settlements
Prepare demand letters and collection-related documentation
Review account history and keep clear follow-up notes

Requirements:

Attorney, law graduate, or strong legal background
Experience in debt collection or recovery
Comfortable hearing “no” and staying persistent
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong spoken and written English
Must be able to work during U.S. business hours / U.S. time zones
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
