Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Real Estate | Remote | $10/hour starting rate

I’m looking for a Marketing Wizard to join my team and help me take our marketing to the next level.
I’m starting this as a part-time role, but my goal is to turn this into a full-time, long-term position for the right person.
I’m not just looking for someone who can follow instructions. I want someone who can look at what we’re doing, see what could be better, and bring ideas to the table.

*** What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and create content for social media
Lightly edit photos and images from real estate projects
Create social media graphics and other marketing materials
Design simple:
Postcards
Flyers
Business cards
Direct-mail pieces
Other marketing collateral
Help improve the overall look and consistency of our marketing
Assist with digital marketing and creative projects
Bring new ideas for content, branding, and marketing
Help me make our current marketing better than it is today

*** What I’m Looking For
Strong sense of visual creativity and design
Experience managing social media and creating content
Comfortable with common photo/design editing tools
Able to show a portfolio or examples of previous work
Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something visually compelling
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required

*** Big Plus If You Have:
Experience working in the real estate industry
Web development experience
Familiarity with vibe coding / AI-assisted development
Experience building or improving websites
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or lead generation
