Heart2Heart Global Ministry is a Christian women's ministry committed to equipping, strengthening, and empowering women through biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual development, leadership, and transformational gatherings.
Our ministry operates primarily online, reaching women through virtual Bible studies, prayer gatherings, social media, video teachings, conferences, and special events.
We are entering a season of growth and are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing & Content
Specialist to help us expand our digital presence, grow our online community, strengthen our YouTube channel, and effectively market our events and programs.
This is more than a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn meaningful content into a digital strategy that reaches people, builds community, and drives engagement and event registrations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
Manage content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and community participation.
Identify trends and opportunities relevant to our ministry and audience.
Write compelling captions and calls to action.
Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
Monitor comments and engagement and support online community growth.
Review analytics and recommend adjustments based on performance.
YouTube Channel Growth
Help develop and implement a strategy to grow our YouTube channel.
Upload and optimize weekly teachings, Bible studies, interviews, and other ministry content.
Create compelling titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, playlists, and calls to action.
Turn longer teachings into YouTube Shorts.
Monitor YouTube analytics, including subscribers, views, click-through rates, watch time, and audience retention.
Recommend content topics and formats based on performance.
Video Editing & Content Repurposing
Turn long-form ministry content into multiple pieces of digital content.
For example, one 30–60 minute teaching may become:
Full YouTube teaching
3–6 Reels/Shorts
Quote graphics
Short teaching clips
Carousel posts
Facebook posts
Promotional clips
Email or devotional content
The successful candidate should be comfortable identifying strong moments from longer videos without requiring detailed instructions for every clip.
Event Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for ministry events, including the Build HER Summit, conferences, prayer gatherings, Bible studies, and other programs.
Responsibilities may include:
Developing event marketing timelines and campaigns
Creating promotional graphics and videos
Speaker announcement campaigns
Countdown campaigns
Registration campaigns
Email marketing
WhatsApp promotional content
Social media advertising support
Speaker promotional kits
Registration reminders
Post-event content and highlights
Tracking registrations and campaign performance
Graphic Design
Create professional, attractive digital materials consistent with the Heart2Heart brand, including:
Social media graphics
Event flyers
YouTube thumbnails
Quote graphics
Carousels
Speaker announcements
Bible study graphics
Prayer and devotional graphics
Strong Canva skills are required.
Livestream & Digital Ministry Support
As the ministry expands its digital studio and livestreaming capabilities, the contractor may also support:
YouTube Live
Facebook Live
Zoom events
Multi-platform streaming
Preparing livestream graphics and overlays
Uploading Scripture or teaching graphics
Managing digital event content
Experience with platforms such as Stream Yard, OBS, Restream, Zoom, or similar tools is an asset.

Contract Structure
Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week initially
Initial Term: 3-month trial contract, with opportunity for ongoing work
Because our ministry is based in Canada and serves an international audience, the contractor must be able to work independently across time zones and attend scheduled virtual meetings when required.

Increased social media reach and engagement
Growth in followers and YouTube subscribers
Increased YouTube views and watch time
Consistent repurposing of long-form content
Improved visual consistency across platforms
Growth of our email /community audience
Increased registration for ministry events
Clear monthly reporting on digital performance

Shortlisted Candidate Assignment
Shortlisted candidates will be provided with one existing Heart2Heart teaching video.
We will ask you to demonstrate how you would turn that single teaching into a 7-day digital content campaign.
Your submission should include:
One edited Reel/Short
One social media graphic or carousel
Three sample captions
A proposed YouTube title
A thumbnail concept
A 7-day content plan
A brief explanation of how you would use the content to grow the ministry's audience
