AI Integration & Onboarding Specialist (Independent Contractor)

We are seeking a highly proficient AI Integration & Onboarding Specialist to provide onboarding, implementation, and technical support services for our growing client base.

This is a highly technical, client-facing contractor opportunity. You will work directly with business owners and executive teams to implement AI solutions, configure software, connect integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure clients have a seamless onboarding experience.

This is not a traditional customer support or virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working independently while representing our company professionally with premium clients.

Scope of Services

The successful contractor will be responsible for:

Conducting onboarding calls with new clients via Zoom or Google Meet.
Configuring client accounts and onboarding new users.
Setting up AI workflows and software integrations.
Implementing and troubleshooting MCP integrations.
Building, modifying, and troubleshooting solutions using Claude Code.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Guiding clients on platform features and best practices.
Creating tutorial videos and written documentation when appropriate.
Communicating professionally with clients through Slack, email , and video calls.
Coordinating with our internal technical team to resolve implementation issues.
Providing a high-quality onboarding experience from initial implementation through successful platform adoption.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Experience
Applicants should have experience with:

Claude Code:
Building projects, tools, automations, or applications using Claude Code
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
AI integrations and AI workflows
Technical troubleshooting
SaaS platforms and software configuration
Bonus consideration will be given to applicants who can demonstrate AI projects they have personally built using Claude Code.

Professional Qualifications:
Exceptional written and spoken English
Professional communication skills suitable for executive-level clients
Comfortable conducting video meetings independently
Excellent Slack communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Able to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Self-directed and dependable with minimal supervision
