Visual Designer/UI Designer/Graphic Designer

Hello!

We're looking for a Visual Designer who makes premium designs, think of Prada, Hublot and Abel Fragrance websites. You'll join a small team of very good designers and engineers who take detail seriously. This is a long-term role with steady, continuous work, not a short project. Engagement is a fulltime remote work in Australia.

What we're looking for:

• At least 12 years of design experience, with a portfolio of premium, high-quality work
• Strong hands-on Figma skills — you build and maintain your own files and components
• Can build HTML prototypes to show how a design actually works
• Can use Claude and MCP as part of your normal day-to-day process
• Very good spoken and written English
• Confident presenting your work and explaining why you made each choice
• A good storyteller — you can walk anyone through your thinking and keep them with you
