About the Role
We're seeking a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100–125 residential rental properties (single-family homes, townhomes, and condos). This is a customer service-focused role where you'll be the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

-Manage a residential property portfolio
-Coordinate maintenance and work orders
-Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors
-Handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposits
-Monitor delinquency and property compliance
-Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities
-Basic residential maintenance knowledge
-Microsoft Outlook & Excel proficiency
-Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
