I want help getting more views on my YouTube vertical streams.

You will be paid ₱4,000 per week, with the following commission on top.

For every stream of mine, I'll give you ₱25 for every 10k views.

Example: my last stream got 54k views, so you would've gotten ₱135.

If my stream gets more views than my last stream, I'll give you ₱50 for every 10k views.

Example: my last stream got 54k views, so if my next stream gets 55k views, you would get ₱275.

If my stream gets more views than all of my previous streams, I'll give you ₱75 for every 10k views.

Example: my most viewed stream has 395k views, so if my next stream gets 400k views, you would get ₱3,000.

By the way, I get the impression that one of the reasons why my views have declined is because of changes to my setup and lighting. So, I hope you're familiar with creating good-looking setups and know a little bit about lighting.

You can work whenever you want and set your own hours. What matters to me is seeing progress and getting help with growing the channel.

A particular reason why I'm hiring is because in the past my streams would average 100k+ views per stream ,but now only average 30k. So I imagine much of your work would be comparing the older more successful streams with the recent less successful streams. Also, to help you, I'll give you part access to my channel so that you can analyze viewer engagement statistics.

I stream every other day, and I plan to soon transition to streaming daily.
