Performance Media Buyer | Meta Ads | $10K+ Budget

We’re looking for an experienced Facebook /Meta Ads Manager who can confidently take ownership of high-budget campaigns, optimize performance, and scale winning strategies.

What You’ll Do
Manage and scale $10,000+ monthly Meta Ads budgets.
Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
Improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CVR, and conversion volume.
Test creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability.
Monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Work with the creative team to improve ad performance.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook Ads experience.
Proven experience personally managing $10,000+ per month in ad spend.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Lead Generation, eCommerce, or international campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate measurable campaign results.
Portfolio, case studies, or campaign screenshots are a strong advantage.
