Facebook Ads Scaling Expert

We’re looking for an experienced Facebook /Meta Ads Specialist to join our team for a long-term working relationship.

If you have proven experience managing $10,000+ monthly Meta Ads budgets and know how to scale campaigns profitably, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Manage and scale $10K+ monthly Meta Ads campaigns.
Optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Monitor performance and reduce wasted ad spend.
Manage Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Proven experience managing $10,000+ monthly ad spend.
Strong analytical and optimization skills.
Experience with eCommerce or Lead Generation is a plus.
Portfolio or campaign results preferred.
