We’re launching a new DTC personal-care brand and are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help us build high-performing Meta and TikTok ads.
This is not a social media manager position. We need someone who understands direct-response advertising and can help manage the creative process from concept to finished ad.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ad angles, hooks, and concepts.
• Write compelling UGC scripts and detailed creator briefs.
• Leverage AI creative tools to rapidly prototype concepts, generate voiceovers/assets, or build fast variations of winning ads.
• Review raw footage and coordinate closely with video editors to ensure the final product aligns with the strategy.
• Research competitors and identify winning ad trends.
• Analyze creative performance and develop new iterations of winning concepts.
• Help build a consistent pipeline of new ads every week.

Ideal Experience

• DTC/e-commerce paid social experience.
• Meta and TikTok creative strategy.
• Experience writing briefs and directing UGC creators (we handle the sourcing; you handle the creative direction).
• Hands-on experience using generative AI in your creative workflow (e.g., AI voiceovers, AI avatars/UGC generation, image generation, or AI-assisted video editing).
• Experience in personal care, beauty, or highly demonstrable products is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of *why* an ad converts, not just how to make attractive content.

*Note: You do not need to personally edit every video, but you should be extremely comfortable directing editors and utilizing AI tools to speed up production.*
