Property Management Vendor Outreach Coordinator

14-Day Trial Period
The position begins with a 14-day paid trial period.
During these 14 days, we will evaluate:
- Attendance and reliability
- Communication skills
- CRM organization
- Number and quality of calls
- Vendor applications completed
- Follow-up consistency
- Ability to work independently
- Overall results
If performance meets our expectations, the candidate will continue in the full-time position at $500 per week.
If performance does not meet expectations, the working relationship may be terminated at the end of the trial period.
Pay: $500/week
Position: Full-Time Remote
Main Responsibilities:
Call property management companies daily.
Introduce our company related construction services.
Ask what current or upcoming projects they have.
Ask how to become an approved vendor.
Obtain their vendor registration/application link.
Complete and submit vendor applications.
Answer vendor qualification questions and upload required company documents.
Track every property management company, contact person, application, and status.
Follow up after applications are submitted.
Contact approved property managers regularly and ask about available projects.
Request opportunities to bid/quote on multiple projects.
Maintain communication with property managers until work is received.
Daily Minimum KPI
Minimum requirement: 3 completed property management vendor submissions per day.
Each submission must include:
- Property manager contacted
- Vendor onboarding/application obtained
- Application fully completed and submitted
- Required documents provided
- CRM updated with status, notes, and next follow-up date
Minimum targets:
3 submissions/day → 15/week → approximately 60/month

What We Need
Good spoken English
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Organized and persistent
Comfortable filling out online applications
Able to follow up consistently
Basic computer/email/Google Sheets skills
Property management or construction experience is a plus

- Property management company database
- Property manager contacts
- Company information and vendor documents

Main goal: You are responsible for turning our existing property-management contacts and systems into vendor approvals, bid opportunities, relationships, and construction projects.
