Hostel Business Project Manager / Hospitality Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us launch and organize a hostel business from the ground up.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to find suitable properties for a hostel.
• Identifying properties that can legally and practically operate as a hostel/hospitality business.
• Negotiating and coordinating potential lease opportunities.
• Researching local requirements, permits, licenses, zoning, and hospitality regulations.
• Helping organize the hostel from property selection through opening.
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, furniture, equipment, utilities, and operational setup.
• Creating budgets, timelines, checklists, and opening plans.
• Helping establish booking platforms, operating procedures, staffing, and day-to-day systems.

Who We Need

We strongly prefer someone with previous experience in hostels, hotels, hospitality management, hotel development, or opening a hospitality business.

You should be highly organized, comfortable communicating with real estate professionals and vendors, and capable of managing the entire project with minimal supervision.
