We handle the exciting front-end design work - floor plans, 3D models, and photo-real renders - without the red tape and delays of a traditional architecture firm.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient ArchiCAD Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our rapid-turnaround concepts. You will take briefs from residential builders and turn them into clear, beautiful, and functional new home designs or renovation concepts.

If you love the front-end design phase, excel at 3D modeling, and prefer creating beautiful concepts over grinding through endless council consent and compliance documentation, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do:

Rapid Concept Creation: Produce concept-level floor plans, site plans, elevations, and interior layouts for residential new builds and renovations.

3D Modeling & Rendering: Build interactive 3D models and generate high-impact, photo-realistic renders that help builders sell their vision to their clients.

Construction-First Logic: Design with the builder in mind, ensuring concepts are structurally logical and practical to quote.

Quick Iterations: Handle revision requests swiftly to test layout changes and maximize space.

Work Efficiently: Deliver high-quality initial concepts within a strict 48-hour turnaround window.

Requirements:

ArchiCAD Expertise (Required): You must be highly proficient in ArchiCAD for both 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

Architecture Knowledge: Basic understanding of Australia and New Zealand residential architecture, construction methods, and building styles. You need to know what a typical Kiwi or Aussie home looks like (e.g., roof pitches, cladding types, indoor-outdoor flow).

Rendering Skills: Strong ability to produce photorealistic images (AI is encouraged)

Speed & Accuracy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional work on a tight deadline.

Builder-Focused Mindset: You understand how builders operate and can create good flowing layouts.

Remote Ready: Reliable internet connection, excellent written English, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently and autonomously.
