Cold Caller / Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our growing company.

This is not a basic appointment-setting role where you simply read a script and move on. We are looking for someone with real sales experience who is comfortable having conversations with business owners, handling objections, building interest, and confidently moving prospects to the next step.

You will be making outbound calls to business owners and introducing them to our services. Your ability to think on your feet and have a natural conversation is extremely important.

What You'll Be Doing

-Making outbound cold calls to business owners
-Starting conversations and building interest in our services
-Qualifying potential clients
-Handling objections confidently and professionally
-Following a proven sales script while being able to adapt naturally to the conversation
-Booking qualified appointments or helping move interested prospects through the sales process
-Updating call outcomes and notes

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
-Has previous cold calling and/or sales experience
-Has a proven ability to sell, not just read from a script
-Is confident handling objections such as "I'm not interested," "We already have something," "Send me some information," or It's too expensive"
-Can think quickly and keep a conversation going naturally
-Speaks extremely fluent English with clear pronunciation, natural conversational delivery, and strong grammar
-Can communicate comfortably and professionally with business owners in the United States
-Has a clear, professional phone presence that is easy for U.S.-based prospects to understand
-Is energetic, confident, and not afraid of rejection
-Is reliable and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
-Has a good internet connection, quality microphone/headset, and a quiet workspace
