• About Us *

Senxture is a Hong Kong-based technology company building AI products for real businesses. We are small, hands-on, and ship directly with customers. We build and operate our own products in logistics and consumer tech:
1. AI shipment & logistics management system — freight quoting, shipment orders, rate cards, invoices, and carrier integrations.
2. AI-powered personal stylist platform for women in Asia — a personal styling web app: closet, outfit recommendations, AI try-on / style analysis, credits, and payments.

Both products are early-stage. You'll be our first engineering hire — working directly with the founder.
No middle management, no endless meetings. Just ship good code.

This is not a “ticket only” role. You will talk through product requirements, implement them, and follow them into production.

• What You'll Do *

> Own full-stack development across Next.js frontend and NodeJs backend.
> Build and ship features on both the shipment and stylist products: pages, APIs, data models, and admin flows.
> Work in Next.js (App Router, React, TypeScript) for dashboards, customer sites, and the stylist web app.
> Design backend services and APIs using NodeJs, Strapi, Python
> Integrate third-party APIs (carriers, payments, AI image/generation providers).
> Handle async work: imports, generation jobs, polling, retries — Temporal is on the roadmap for this.
> Implement AI logic (chat bot, data analysis, image generation etc.)
> Debug production issues and improve reliability, not only add features.
> Test well, quality matters
> As we grow, help shape the engineering culture and potentially the team

• You're a Fit If You *

> Have 2+ years of professional experience, strong juniors and seniors are welcome
> Are strong in JavaScript / React / TypeScript (Python is Bonus)
> Are self-driven — you get a spec and ship it
> Are comfortable owning a feature from UI through API to database.
> Want ownership, not just tickets

• Nice to Have (Bonus) *

> AI-Native, used AI (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude) in your daily development.
> Experience with Temporal, Supabase, LangChain/LangGraph
> Payments (Stripe), file/image pipelines, or third-party logistics APIs.
