Cleaning Service Appointment Setter

Neighbors Cleaning Co. is looking for a warm, dependable, and organized appointment setter to support our customers and cleaning team.

Main Responsibilities :

-Answer incoming calls and book appointments.
-Follow up with new and existing leads
-Schedule and dispatch cleaners using Housecall Pro
-Manage cleaner availability and scheduling changes
-Recruit cleaners, organize applications, and schedule interviews
-Maintain accurate lead, customer, cleaner, and job records
-Cold and warm outreach and follow up.
-Track appointments, bookings, follow-ups, and KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

-Experienced in home service operations. Confident, and professional on the phone.
-Strong spoken and written English
-Organized, reliable, and attentive to details
-Comfortable following up without being pushy
-Experienced in customer service, scheduling, recruiting, or dispatching
-Familiar with Housecall Pro

Compensation:

$4 USD per hour
40 hours per week
