Noble Care Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to help us grow our home care agency and generate qualified leads from families seeking reliable, compassionate in-home care services.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop targeted campaigns focused on home care and senior care services.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-converting search terms.
• Create and test compelling ad copy.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize cost per lead.
• Monitor clicks, conversions, leads, and overall campaign performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, including phone calls and website inquiries.
• Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve lead generation.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
• Help Noble Care Partners increase visibility in our local service areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of local search and lead-generation campaigns.
• Experience with healthcare, home care, senior care, or other local service businesses is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide measurable results.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer, based on experience and scope of work.
