Digital Marketing Manager — Australian Real Estate

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing Australian real estate and property business.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role for someone who can execute, not just manage tasks.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Remote, Philippines-based
• Must have good overlap with Sydney, Australia business hours
• Salary: PHP 80, ---------- ,000 per month, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE

• Meta Ads and lead generation
• Social media content and scheduling
• Property marketing campaigns
• Canva graphics and short-form video
• Email marketing and CRM automation
• Landing pages and WordPress updates
• Campaign reporting and optimisation
• Lead tracking and follow-up systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years digital marketing experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Good copywriting and written English
• Canva and video editing skills
• Experience with CRM and automation
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take ownership

Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Australian real estate or mortgage marketing is highly regarded.
