Virtual Assistant (Part time to start and Full-Time available, Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business owners/CEOs with day-to-day tasks like data tracking, CRM updates, and general admin work.

If you’re someone who is organized, proactive, and who can work independently, this role might be a great fit for you.

Your main focus will be handling and organizing data in spreadsheets, keeping everything updated, and helping the team stay on track with daily operations. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and/or Housecall Pro is a big plus, but not required.

Lead generation experience is a bonus, but not required.
20 hr to start with full time opportunity.
Sales bonuses available.

If you are currently juggling multiple clients or managing other accounts, this role may not be a good fit. We want someone who is focused, long-term, not just project-based.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Collect, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets / Excel
Track leads, appointments, jobs, and conversion metrics
Update and manage CRM records (GoHighLevel & Housecall Pro)
Provide admin and occasional personal support to business owners
Follow SOPs and help improve internal systems/processes
Communicate clearly and send regular updates to the team
(Bonus) Help with lead tracking or simple lead generation tasks

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
Organized, dependable, and kayang magtrabaho without constant supervision
Good written English communication
Willing to commit long-term
Open to learning new tools and workflows

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Experience with Housecall Pro
Background in CRM or marketing support
Lead generation or outreach experience
Experience working directly with business owners or executives
