About the Role
5 Star Home Cleaning sells residential cleaning services across three U.S. markets — Arizona, Montana, and California. We're hiring an Inside Sales Rep to close warm, inbound leads: people who already filled out a form asking for a quote.
You'll talk to homeowners who already raised their hand, walk them through their home over the phone, build the right cleaning package, and collect payment — all in about 20 minutes per call.
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do
Take inbound calls from leads who requested a quote
Build relationships with prospects and develop the sale
Ask the right questions following a script to understand the home — square footage, layout, condition, frequency needed
Recommend the right service and package based on what you hear
Build and present the deal clearly and confidently
Handle objections and close on the call — not "I'll follow up"
Collect payment or prepay before the call ends
Log every call and deal accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

What Success Looks Like
We don't pay you to book jobs. We pay you to close jobs that pay us.
Commission is paid on cash collected, not on the sale being booked
A deep clean that gets scheduled but never gets paid earns $0 in commission
This means your job isn't just to get a "yes" — it's to get a "yes, and here's my card"
If you're the kind of rep who's comfortable asking for the sale and asking for the payment in the same breath, this structure will work in your favor. If you're used to soft closes and "I'll circle back," this isn't the right seat.

Pay Structure
Three tiers: Junior → Regular → Senior
You move up a tier by hitting cash-collected targets for three consecutive months
Every tier up increases your base pay and your commission percentage
There's no ceiling on Senior — you keep earning Senior-level pay for as long as you keep performing at that level
Base pay plus uncapped commission on cash collected (not on bookings)
Junior estimate monthly pay $1,000-$1,500
Regular estimate monthly pay $1,500-$2,000
Senior estimate monthly pay $2,000-$2,660+These are examples only — hit higher numbers, earn more. There's no cap on commission at any tier.

What We're Looking For
Strong spoken English, confident and warm on the phone
Sales experience preferred — inside sales, appointment closing, or similar phone-based closing roles
Comfortable asking directly for payment, not just for agreement
Organized — able to manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups without things falling through the cracks
Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls during U.S. business hours (Mountain/Pacific time overlap)
Coachable — willing to run scripts, get feedback on calls, and improve week to week
