TikTok Live Scout — Virtual Assistant

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to scout and identify TikTok LIVE creators who match our target profile for onboarding onto our platform. You'll spend your time inside the TikTok app searching, watching, and evaluating live streamers against a clear set of criteria — then logging qualified prospects for our team to review.
This is a research and identification role only — no outreach or DMing required. Strong candidates are people who already understand TikTok LIVE culture — gifting, leagues, community counts — and can quickly judge whether a streamer is a good fit.
What You'll Do
Search TikTok LIVE using target keywords (see below) to discover active streamers
Evaluate each streamer against our creator criteria
Check concurrent viewer count (CCV) and community/follower count by tapping into their live profile
Identify the streamer's league (C1–A2 range preferred)
Confirm the creator has an identifiable Instagram — either linked in their TikTok profile or clearly matchable by searching their TikTok handle on Instagram
Log qualified prospects in a shared tracking sheet (handle, CCV, community count, league, niche, Instagram link, notes)
Creator Criteria (What You're Looking For)
CCV: 100–500 concurrent viewers on TikTok, with a community count above 100. (Streamers below this range typically can't bring enough supporters over to make the move worthwhile.)
League: Generally between C1 and A2 (soft guideline, not a hard cutoff)
Instagram: Must have an identifiable Instagram account
Content style: Streams that go beyond just chatting or battling on screen — e.g. DJ sets, singing/guitar, speed dating, prank calls, tarot readings, talent shows, beauty boxes, game shows, talk shows
Format: Streamers using a "box" format (multi-guest layout) are prioritized over solo on-screen streamers
Search Keywords to Use
Music, singing, dating, dating show, box battles, talent, talent show, DJ, game show, gaming, beauty (excluding TikTok Shop creators), make me laugh, trolling, omegle
Requirements
Active, personal familiarity with TikTok and TikTok LIVE (gifting, leagues, community features)
Strong written English for clear, organized reporting
Reliable internet connection; hours are flexible
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for daily tracking
Prior experience in social media talent scouting, community management, or influencer outreach a plus
