REMOTE PERSONAL INJURY RECORDS SPECIALIST – PHILIPPINES

$800 USD/Month | Full-Time | Remote

Edvin Jones Injury Law is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Records Specialist based in the Philippines.

This is a FULL-TIME, EXCLUSIVE POSITION — 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Compensation

• $800 USD per month
• Opportunity for a pay increase every 6 months based on performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You MUST have prior experience working for a U.S. personal injury law firm.

You MUST have experience with:

• Filevine
• Requesting and following up on medical records
• Requesting and obtaining itemized medical bills
• Tracking outstanding records and bills
• Processing incoming medical records and bills
• Obtaining liens and lien information
• Following up with medical providers
• Organizing and updating records in Filevine
• Working independently without extensive supervision

IMPORTANT — NO TRAINING PROVIDED

We are not hiring someone to train from the beginning.

You must already understand the personal injury records process and be capable of handling your assignments independently.

Theft, fraud, or unlawful misuse of confidential information may also be reported to the appropriate authorities where applicable.
