Real Deal Entertainment, a Childrens Entertainment company specialising in Christmas, Easter and Halloween entertainment in Australia is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time. You'll handle follow ups from inbound enquiries, convert quotes into sales, upsell premium add-ons, and generate new business through outbound prospecting — all from the comfort of your home, with a pay structure that rewards initiative from Day 1.

What You'll Do:

• Inbound Sales Support: Respond to inbound enquiries and quote requests, follow up promptly, and convert bookings.
• Prop & Add-On Upselling: Identify and offer relevant prop/add-on upgrades on inbound bookings to enhance the client experience and booking value.
• Outbound Prospecting: Generate, qualify, and follow up on cold leads and independent network accounts to build new business.
• CRM & Administration: Maintain accurate records, call/meeting notes, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Client Communication: Deliver professional, prompt phone and email communication with prospective and existing clients.

What We're Looking For

• Confident, clear English communicator with a friendly, consultative sales style. If you have expereince working with Australian clients this is a big bonus (as we speak a little differently here)
• Comfortable making and taking calls with Australian clients, and confident handling objections and pricing pushback.

A reliable, quiet home workspace with stable internet and a backup plan for outages.

• Strong organisational skills — able to juggle inbound enquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates without dropping the ball.
• Prior sales, business development, account management, or telemarketing experience is ESSENTIAL. We are looking for a highly talented and successful person who understands the psychology of sales and can also believe in our product.

Hours & Schedule

• Capacity: Part-Time, approximately 20-30 hours per week, increasing to 30 hours per week from September through Christmas.
• Hours: You will be working during AEST business hours (late morning and/or afternoon AEST). If your daily or weekly schedule involves working on US or EU timezones this will not work. In fact if you have another job that is 20 hrs or more, this will not work. We need someone to be completely focused and prioritise this role, especially during the busy season.

Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay

AU$9.00 per hour, for actual hours worked (20-30 hrs/week; 30 hrs/week from September through Christmas).

• Guaranteed from Day 1 — this is not a draw against commissions; you keep 100% of your base pay plus all incentives earned.
• Incentives (Commission)

Inbound Prop Upsells: 2.5% flat commission from Day 1, applied strictly to the gross dollar value of the props added to an initial inbound quote or booking with your influence.
Self-Generated / Cold Sales: 2.5% flat commission from Day 1 on all entirely cold leads or independent network accounts.

• Closing from Standard Inbound call follow ups: 0% commission.

What You'll Need

• Equipment: You will need your own reliable computer/laptop, high quality noise-cancelling headset (as well as a quiet room without interruptions), and stable internet connection and electricity. Access to our phone/dialer and CRM systems will be provided.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, winning mindset and string work ethic
