Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller — Vacant Land Acquisitions (Long-Term, US Hours)

Pay: $4–$6/hr + $50 bonus per signed contract ????
Hours: 20–40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST (US Eastern)

About the job:
I’m a real estate investor in Miami, Florida. I buy vacant lots and teardown houses. Your job is to call property owners from lists I give you and find the ones willing to sell.

What you’ll do:

• Cold call 150–200 property owners per day using our dialer
• Follow a simple script (I provide it + training)
• Ask if they’d sell, what price they want, and confirm property details
• Log every call in our CRM and tag warm leads
• Send me hot leads same day

Target areas you’ll call: Homestead, Cutler Bay, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach — all in South Florida

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English, neutral accent
• 1+ year cold calling experience (US real estate preferred)
• Experience with a dialer (Mojo, ReadyMode, CallTools, or similar)
• Not afraid of rejection — you’ll hear “no” 100 times a day
• Quiet workspace, noise-canceling headset, stable internet (10+ Mbps), backup power/internet

Bonus points:

• Land or vacant lot calling experience
• CRM experience (Podio, REsimpli, GoHighLevel)
