We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Entry-Level Technical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. If you are fascinated by how search engines crawl, render, and index websites, and you want to build a career optimizing the technical architecture of the web, we want to train and mentor you.
In this role, you will look under the hood of websites to find and fix the structural issues that prevent them from ranking, working closely with our content team and web developers.
Key Responsibilities

Site Auditing: Assist in performing regular technical SEO audits using industry tools to identify crawlability and indexability issues (e.g., 404 errors, redirect chains, orphan pages).
Performance Monitoring: Track website health and coverage errors using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Page Speed Optimization: Help analyze Core Web Vitals and work with developers to improve site speed and mobile-friendliness.
On-Page Technical Fixes: Review and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, and pagination.
Structured Data: Assist in generating and implementing basic Schema markup (JSON-LD) to help win rich snippets in search results.
Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets to track how technical changes impact organic traffic and user behavior.
Qualifications & Skills

SEO Foundation: A clear understanding of basic SEO concepts and how search engines work (crawling, indexing, and ranking).
Web Basics: Familiarity with fundamental web technologies, specifically HTML and CSS. (Basic JavaScript knowledge is a huge plus).
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and using spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Problem Solver: A curious mindset that enjoys troubleshooting technical puzzles and figuring out why a page isn't ranking.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous execution, as technical SEO changes can significantly impact a live website.
