Reels & Stories Editor - Facebook + Instagram (long Term)
Confidential employer
About Us
G3 Striping LLC is a commercial pavement marking and maintenance company in Bryan/College Station, Texas. We serve property managers, HOA boards, retail shopping centers, schools, churches, private businesses, student housing real estate investors, homebuilders, and municipal clients across the Brazos Valley. We are a growing company with professional equipment, a drone for aerial footage, and a strong pipeline of commercial work.
We are not a consumer brand. Our audience is commercial decision-makers. Our content needs to look sharp and professional, not trendy.
The Role
We shoot our own footage and drop it in a shared Google Drive folder. You take it from there — edit, caption, schedule, publish polished Reels, Stories, and posts every week, consistently, without needing to be chased.
This is a long-term part-time position for someone who wants stable work with a growing US company.
What You Are Working With
We have a deep, well-stocked footage library and we add to it constantly. You will never be short on material. It includes:
Aerial drone photos — overhead stills of parking lots, before and after
Drive-through video — POV footage shot from our striping machines moving through the lot
Job site clips — crews working, machines running, paint going down
Finished project footage — completed lots, close-ups of fresh markings
Your job is to look at what is in the folder each week and d ---------- what to build with it. We are not going to hand you shot lists.
Weekly Output (4–7 pieces)
A typical week looks like:
2–4 Reels — before/after transformations, drive-through POV, process content
2–3 Stories — quick job updates, behind-the-scenes, polls or questions
1–2 static posts or carousels — completed projects, educational tips
You d ---------- the mix based on what the footage supports that week. We are not going to micromanage the calendar.

Build Stories with simple, clean graphics
Write short professional captions in American English with hashtags

We handle all comments and DMs. You do not need to do engagement.

Not a Fit If
You only edit consumer/lifestyle content with heavy trendy effects
You need to be told what to make every week
You are looking for short-term project work
You plan to use AI-generated images or video. Every visual we post has to be real footage from real jobs. That is the entire point.
Compensation
$400–$600 USD/month depending on experience and portfolio. Paid monthly. Long-term, stable, with room to increase as the company grows.
