Digital Content & Course Assistant

I am an herbalist, educator, and course creator looking for a Digital Content & Course Assistant to help produce and manage educational content, online courses, and digital media.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently with video, websites, online learning platforms, and basic administrative tasks. Herbal knowledge is welcome but not required. An interest in herbalism, natural health, or alternative education would be a definite plus.
Primary Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
Edit recorded herbal classes and lectures
Clean up and organize longer educational videos
Create short-form videos from longer classes and recordings
Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social-media content
Add titles, captions, transitions, graphics, and basic branding
Export and organize videos for different platforms
Help identify useful short clips from longer educational material
LearnWorlds & Course Management
Help build, organize, and maintain courses in LearnWorlds
Upload and organize videos, PDFs, lessons, and course materials
Format course pages
Improve the organization and appearance of the online academy
Troubleshoot basic LearnWorlds issues
Help create a clean and consistent student experience
Website & Digital Design
Assist with website design and updates
Create and format landing pages and course pages
Make basic layout and design improvements
Maintain consistent fonts, imagery, colors, and branding
Help connect educational content across the website, courses, and social media
Administrative Support
Organize digital files, videos, photographs, and course materials
Upload and schedule content
Perform basic data entry and online administrative tasks
Help maintain an organized library of educational material
Assist with miscellaneous digital tasks associated with running an herbal education business
Skills I'm Looking For

The ideal person should be comfortable with:
Video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Canva
Website builders and basic web design
LearnWorlds or similar online course platforms
Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video
File organization and basic administrative work
Working independently and following an established visual style
Experience with LearnWorlds is especially valuable, although someone experienced with comparable course platforms who is willing to learn LearnWorlds would also be considered.

The Right Person
I am looking for someone who can take a relatively unfinished piece of material—such as a recorded herbal class—and help turn it into polished digital content.
For example, I may provide a 75-minute recorded class. You might edit the full lesson, prepare it for the course website, upload and organize it in LearnWorlds, and then create several short clips that can be used for social media.
The goal is to find someone who can gradually become familiar with my work and visual style so that I can concentrate more of my time on teaching, writing, herbalism, and creating new material, while you help handle the technical production and organization behind it.

This position may begin on a part-time or project basis, with the possibility of developing into an ongoing working relationship.
