Virtual Assistant — CRM & Business Outreach Specialist Position Overview
Golden Pillar Homes is seeking a reliable, focused and dependable Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our growing property and social-housing operations.
This position is suited to someone who is organised, resilient, professional and confident in communication, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in building and maintaining our CRM, conducting professional outreach, researching opportunities and keeping business development activity organised and consistent.
Key Responsibilities Build, maintain and continuously improve the company's CRM system. Accurately enter, update and organise leads, contacts, properties, providers and opportunities. Conduct structured outreach to councils, housing providers, landlords, agents and other relevant organisations. Make professional telephone calls and conduct email /online outreach. Follow up consistently with contacts and maintain accurate records of every interaction. Research new councils, housing providers, property opportunities and potential business partners. Identify and record new opportunities within the CRM. Keep CRM information accurate, current and well organised. Follow company processes and outreach strategies. Report progress, challenges and opportunities to management. Work collaboratively with other VAs and contribute to team objectives. Take initiative when appropriate while remaining within agreed procedures. Essential Character & Personal Qualities

Professional, calm and measured in communication. Does not react emotionally to difficult situations or rejection. Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality. Maintains professional boundaries when communicating on behalf of the company.

Works effectively with other VAs and management. Shares useful information with the team. Supports colleagues rather than working competitively against them. Accepts constructive feedback and is willing to improve. Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong communication skills. Good organisational ability. Comfortable using CRM systems. Good computer and internet skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to conduct research independently. Ability to follow structured processes. Professional written English. Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment.
Desirable:
Previous VA experience. Experience with Airtable or similar CRM platforms. Property, real estate, housing or social-housing experience. Lead generation or business development experience. Cold-calling and email outreach experience. Experience working with UK-based businesses. Performance Expectations
