Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter position is a full-time, Remote role where you will engage with our existing mailing list, primarily consisting of retired artists and aspiring creators. Your mission will be to foster genuine conversations, book qualified calls for our sales team, and provide essential support to customers navigating our products.

Your application must include a voice note of you reading List 1 of Harvard Sentences to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to our mailing list, engaging in meaningful conversations about their artistic journeys and aspirations.
• Book qualified prospects into the sales team's calendar while logging every call outcome and notes in our CRM system.
• Rebook appointments for no-shows and ensure compliance with opt-out and do-not-call requests.
• Provide customer support by answering questions from customers who are having trouble accessing their purchased products.
• Assist non-technical users with logins, password resets, and navigating their course areas with patience and clarity.
• Escalate any technical or billing-related issues to the appropriate team members while identifying potential upgrade opportunities during support interactions.

What You Bring
-Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
-Strong ability to engage with a diverse audience, particularly those in creative fields.
-Familiarity with CRM systems for logging calls and tracking customer interactions.
-Patience and empathy when providing support to customers, especially those who may not be tech-savvy.
-Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.

Nice to Have
-Experience in the arts or creative industries.
-Previous customer support experience, especially in tech-related products.
