JOB DESCRIPTION
Avalon Creative Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized operations manager to serve as the operational backbone of our creative agency. You'll work closely with the two agency owners, supporting everything from internal project management and hiring to marketing and lead generation activities. Our goal is to establish a long term working relationship with a reliable, ambitious and experienced professional.

This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone with broad operational experience who is comfortable moving between strategic support and hands-on execution. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, juggles competing priorities with ease, and enjoys building systems to help a growing team run smoothly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Operations & Project Management
>>Manage internal projects from planning through completion, keeping timelines, resources, and deliverables on track
>>Define and prioritize internal project tasks for full-time contractors and monitor productivity for discretionary work hours
>>Manage completion of bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, bill payment and expense tracking
>>Create, organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all agency functions

**People & Talent
>>Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
>>Manage onboarding and training for full-time and freelance contractors
>>Monitor creative team capacity and provide input on resource needs

**Marketing & Business Development
>>Manage the CRM system to support lead generation and pipeline tracking
>>Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling and posting
>>Maintain an organized library of business development assets
>>Conduct research and develop briefs for creative pitches

**Executive Support
>>Provide executive assistant support for two agency owners, including calendar management, correspondence, and general administrative support

**Client Project Support
>>Execute associate producer tasks on client projects as needed
>>Serve as backup to the creative producer and traffic manager

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
>>Bachelor's degree
>>8+ years of relevant, full-time work experience, spanning operations and project management
>>Comfortable working a fixed schedule during standard business hours in the Pacific time zone
>>Strong history of punctuality, reliability and clear communications in a collaborative team environment
>>C2 (advanced/mastery) level proficiency in written and spoken English
>>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
>>Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, startup dynamic
>>High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive business matters

**Preferred Qualifications
>>Experience in a creative, marketing, or professional services agency
>>Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media management tools
>>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
>>Capable and experienced in client facing roles

**Compensation & Engagement
>>This is a full-time, independent contractor and remote work position
>>Compensation rate will be between $1200 & $1600 USD per month
>>(A range of approximately ?73,800 to ?98,400 PHP per month as of Sun, Aug 16, 2026 PT)
>>Starting pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience
>>Total compensation includes:
>>Ten paid holidays per year
>>Ten days of accrued paid time off (PTO) per year
>>13th month pay and annual performance bonus paid every Dec after qualification period
>>Regular work schedule will be 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time Zone
>>This is night shift in the Philippines
