Experienced Real Estate ISA – Follow Up Boss Expert

The Tricoli Team is looking for a full-time Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing U.S. real estate team.

We need someone who has experience working with buyer and seller leads, knows how to use Follow Up Boss, and responds quickly during working hours. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with one company and become an important part of our team.

Important Work Commitment

This position requires your full attention during your scheduled shift.

Full-time work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Must be active and responsive throughout the shift
Must not work for other clients during working hours
Must be comfortable using a time-tracking system
Must be willing to work weekends when scheduled
Must have a quiet and professional workspace
Must have reliable internet, a working computer, and backup plans
Must be looking for stable, long-term employment

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate understands how real estate leads think and knows how to identify motivated buyers and sellers.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience as a Real Estate ISA, Appointment Setter, or Lead Manager
Strong experience using Follow Up Boss
Good understanding of buyer and seller leads
Ability to qualify leads and identify their motivation
Ability to build trust and connect with people
Confident and professional on the phone
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable making a high number of outbound calls
Fast response time for calls, texts, email s, and tea ---------- ssages
Organized and able to manage many leads
Able to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
Coachable and willing to improve
Honest, reliable, and professional
Interested in staying with the team long-term

Experience with Florida real estate leads is preferred but not required.

Follow Up Boss Experience

Applicants should know how to use Follow Up Boss for tasks such as:

Reviewing new leads
Calling, texting, and email ing leads
Adding accurate notes after every conversation
Updating lead stages and statuses
Creating tasks and reminders
Assigning and reassigning leads
Using Smart Lists
Following action plans
Reviewing lead history and communication
Managing follow-up activities
Keeping lead records clean and updated
Main Responsibilities
Respond quickly to new buyer and seller leads
Make inbound and outbound calls
Send texts and email s to leads
Ask questions to understand each lead’s needs
Identify motivation, timeline, location, price range, and financing status
Build rapport and maintain professional conversations
Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents
Complete regular follow-up with new, old, and inactive leads
Keep Follow Up Boss updated with accurate notes
Create tasks and reminders for future follow-up
Move leads to the correct stage or status
Inform the team immediately when a lead needs attention
Follow team scripts, systems, and processes
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals
Attend tea ---------- etings and coaching sessions
Protect all client and company information
